Tolulope Babajide
A career across entrepreneurship, sales, hospitality, education, and engineering. I translate complex technology into outcomes, and people problems into systems.
I've led sales teams, mentored learners, run a footwear brand, and shipped AI products. My approach stays the same: understand the person, then design the solution.
Products I have taken from a real-world constraint to a working, testable system.

Hospitality · Nigerian & pan-African SME restaurants, bars, hotels
Problem: African hospitality SMEs run on paper, WhatsApp, and disconnected tools. No operating software is built for the unreliable connectivity they work under.
Solution: An offline-first hospitality OS prototype covering POS floor plan, kitchen display, bookings, inventory, and owner analytics. The sync engine keeps working through offline periods instead of failing when the network drops.
Notable: End-to-end product prototype, from problem discovery through interaction design to a working multi-persona, multi-property build.
Three connected capabilities, demonstrated through the products and engagements above.
The disciplines that shaped how I discover, build, communicate, and protect products.
Why I build differently
Entrepreneurship taught me ownership. Sales taught me discovery and value. Operations taught me reliability under pressure. Security taught me trust and risk. Engineering lets me bring those disciplines together in products people can depend on.
I'm currently open to solutions engineering, customer success, and technical account management roles.
